Financial Arrangements

We accept most HMO's and insurance programs for care that is covered by insurance. However, in many cases, office visit fees are not covered by health care plans. You are responsible for physician fees that must be paid at the time of the visit. Cosmetic surgery fees are generally not covered by insurance carriers and must be paid at least two weeks prior to scheduled surgery. Surgical procedures performed in the office, in an outpatient surgical setting, or in the hospital will be billed to your insurance carrier. Any unpaid balance will be your responsibility. Should financial hardship exist, our billing office will work with you to reach a satisfactory solution.
